Episode 150
We celebrated our 150th episode with the same guy we who joined us for our 1st, 50th, and 100th episodes: Jose Francisco Espinoza. This one went deep. We talked body building, injuries, mobility, cold plunge, nutrition, weight loss, faith, religion, church, God and much, much more. Just for kicks, here's Fran's bio from Episode 1:
Jose Francisco Espinoza was born in Managua, Nicaragua, but has been raised in Colorado in a Catholic upbringing his whole life. He is a single 32 year old PNBA professional 100% drug free natural body builder who also spends his time doing outdoor activities that include snowboarding and soccer. Not only is Jose athletic, but educated as well. He holds a BS in Finance and works in accounting and finance in higher education. Jose BLEEDS orange and blue, meaning that the Denver Broncos top his favorite teams list! Cheers!
