We had the pleasure of sitting down with the talented singer/songwriter Skyler McKnight of the band McKnight. We talked songwriting, the recording process, Skyler's musical tastes and influences, The Keep Studios, trumpets, hockey, Alaska, man buns, Kid Rock, social media, and much, much more. Skyler also shared the incredible story of how the stars aligned for him recently in Nashville. He details the coincidences that prompted him to leave Denver and head to Music City, USA. Roxy Lee Heart is a singer and songwriter who describes her style as Grunge Pop and is carving out her own niche within the pop genre. Born to a musical family, she's watched both her father and grandmother pursue music. She began writing her own songs in early childhood and sang with her school choir until college. During her college years she sang in rock bands of different genres including hard rock, punk, rockabilly and metal. In late 2011, she joined a pop/hip hop group called Make Out Dreams and released her first single with the group called "Nice Guys", which featured two rappers with Roxy on vocals. Make Out Dreams filmed a music video for "Nice Guys" which won Best Short Film at its debut at the Denver Open Film Night, in January of 2012. During 2012 and 2013, Roxy focused on exploring her desires to create pop music and began working with various producers from around the US. In early 2014, Roxy brought her concept for the song "Boys" to Colorado based producer Noe DeLeon, aka Rokboi, and together, the two brought the song to life. Her most recent single "Animal" was be released in October 2014 along with the music video. Currently, she is working on more singles that will be complied into a full body of work. Roxy is a high energy performer and is passionate about her craft. Stay tuned and see her chase her dreams!

Dom Empey is a Singer-Songwriter from Aurora, Colorado. He began writing poetry when he was ten years old. That later developed into writing lyrics when he was eighteen. He was inspired to do so when he heard The White Stripes White Blood Cells. His music is a mixture between Indie Rock and Neo-Soul. Dom got his name from a former teacher who would playfully call him son. He sang and wrote songs for his two previous bands Down Goes Frazier and The empeys. And hopes to break out with this new project Dom Empey. With help from various musicians the Broken Poet ep hopes to catch fire. And he hopes to steamroll any progress into even bigger success when he drops his first album. In five years he sees himself touring the U.S.A. and maybe even the world. Dom would like to thank his management Black Pearl Entertainment, Inc. and Dionna Harding for taking a chance on him.

Tony Dollar is a songwriter, musician, producer and performer who has been creating and performing original music for over 20 years.
