Episode 244 – Bugs, Toes & A Guy Living in the Walls

Episode 244 – Bugs, Toes & A Guy Living in the Walls

This one starts with spiders (giant ones… and duct tape??), but quickly unravels into a whole mess of stories about bugs, people secretly living in walls, and even a woman discovered squatting in the attic of a major supermarket for over a year. What is happening out there?!

From there, we dive into all things body maintenance: Mike’s new obsession with the sauna/cold plunge life at 212 Performance Gym (and Tony maybe electrocutes himself with a DIY freezer plunge 😬), to the surprises of actually tracking body composition, to the glory of hitting 15k steps a day thanks to New Balance and, yes, ChatGPT. Oh, and somehow pedicurists, long toes, and bloody toe disasters get thrown into the mix. You’ve been warned.

We also hit some nostalgia—growing up in the 80s and 90s when boredom was a skill, sneaking home late was terrifying, and we weren’t glued to two screens at once. Sprinkle in some ruthless roasting of Mike’s feet pics, a little political heat, and a rundown of America’s most dangerous cities, and you’ve got yourself a classic Mike & Tony ride: hilarious, random, and just a little terrifying.

Cheers!
