Episode 294: Shiloh is Watching
The Mike and Tony Show

It's Friday night, we ain't got shit to do, and neither do you. Mike turns a random dinner stop into a $15 trivia payday on pop culture alone, which leads us to Ken Jennings going from software engineer to Jeopardy royalty, and to the rare tinnitus that turns into music you can control. Free Spotify in your skull, but you might be stuck on Chumbawamba forever. We take a smoky trip down memory lane: grandparents who chain-smoked with the windows up, a garage full of black widows that was somehow the better option, China's state-owned tobacco monopoly, and a roll call of dead cigarette brands (RIP Merit). Then we cover energy drinks, which go all the way back to 1962.

Then things get dark. Mike introduces Shiloh, the 50-foot gorilla who eats kids who get out of bed and who definitely ate the family dog through the front window. We confess the dumbest lies we've told our kids, cover a woman with worms laying eggs in her brain, watch a toenail with a surprise tenant, and diagnose Tony with trypophobia live on air. Plus a lottery winner who went right back to work after lunch, and the Albany guy who skipped the office pool the one week it hit $319 million.

Don't get out of bed. Shiloh has cameras everywhere.

Cheers!
